Capasso (22% Alcohol) is a bittersweet herbal aperitivo, variations enjoyed since the 1860s in Milan. The herbaceous quinine bitterness is balanced with a syrupy sweetness flavored with blood orange and ruby red grapefruit peel zests, quinine, clove, cherry, lemon, and herbal woodiness ending with a peppery spirit tingle. BICERIN DI GIUANDIJOTTO

The idea of mixing hazelnut pieces to “standard” chocolates was born during Napoleonic Wars when importing cocoa from South America became difficult due to the English blockade. With “raw” cocoa’s high prices, local producers started incorporating bits of roasted hazelnuts (which were locally grown and readily available in Piedmont) to make the final product more affordable. Thus was created the Biceirn di Giandijotto. Sambuca di Torino (40% Alcohol) is an authentic clear Italian sambuca which must be clear and at least 38% alcohol. A sweet nose of black licorice, bold yet pleasing sweet star anise essential oils, with hints of powdery florals, spices, herbs create a soft, sweet medium body and a smooth, very long hints of sassafras and lilac finish. PINOT GRIGIO

Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC Color: Clear with a very pale, light-yellow color which indicates the wine is fresh, vibrant, and ready to drink. Aroma: Lemon-line, pear, and stone fruit of peach and apricot with scents of almond and honeysuckle. Flavors of melon with a subtle tropical and citrus fruit. Tasting Notes: Initial delicate notes of citrus and white flowers lead to aromas of ripe melon, tropical fruit, and stony minerality. The palate offers fruity effervescence and a slight hint of sweetness.

ROSSO TOSCANA IGT – SUPER TUSCAN

Color: A strikingly luminous purple-red color, and upon inspection, shimmering ruby highlights. Aroma: Smooth ripe scents of dried plum and blackberry preserves are easily noted on the wine, along with a more pungent roasted espresso bean and baker’s chocolate scents, as well as notes of green pepper. Tasting Notes: Full of complex flavors: blackberry, plum, espresso, licorice, baker’s chocolate and vanilla. The taste is rich and smooth, the tannins firm yet supple, and the brisk finish make it a fine food companion.
