Bicerin Adult Egg Cream

1.In a tall glass (at least 8 ounces) mix:
2.2 ounces of Bicerin di Giandujotto
3.2 ounces of cold milk
4.4 ounces of seltzer (or plain carbonated water) chilled
Directions:
1.Pour the Bicerin di Giandujotto into the chilled tall glass.
2.Slowly stir in the milk.
3.Slowly pour the seltzer into the glass from 3-5 inches until a thick foam comes to the top of the glass.
4. Using and ice tea spoon or a long swizzle stick, stir the mixture quickly and briefly making sure the foam does not bubble over the glass.
5.Serve immediately.
